Media on our platform are looking for freelance legal journalists with relevant experience in covering corporate law in Asia Pacific, across a variety of industries. Journalists need to possess native written fluency in English, be capable and willing to identify expert stakeholders and conduct original interviews (e.g. ask the right questions to the right people), and be able to turn stories around in a matter of days.
Journalists who are able to demonstrate a track record of expertise in the latest foreign investment regulations, legal news, and in-house counsel updates will be prioritized. Ideally, applicants should also demonstrate a track record of expertise when it comes to covering international business law.
Maybe you have stories to pitch on the latest controversial regulation amendments happening in Southeast Asia. Perhaps you specialize in cryptocurrency regulation developments in the region. Maybe you know specific senior lawyers around APAC who can share lesser-known insights.
Bylines in one or more of the following legal-focused publications are highly desired:
- Singapore Law Watch

- Asian Legal Business
- Asia Law Portal
Rates are competitive and are fixed on a per published word basis.
