Writers need to be great communicators and possess native written fluency in English. They are able to turn ad hoc press releases around in a matter of days. Individuals selected for this project should have excellent client service skills and need very little hand-holding to produce great copy. They are also ultra-fast to respond to daily inquiries.
This project is open primarily for writers in Asia Pacific. Applicants should have the ability to translate complex business information from Chinese into accurate, reader-friendly English copy for PR purposes outside of China. Writers need to quickly search, understand, and write clear, engaging English copy for a variety of business topics. Writers need to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines and be able to complete a job within 24 to 48 hours.
Applicants should be capable of crafting engaging and concise content across a variety of categories, including but not limited to tech, consumer tech, entertainment, auto, machinery, utilities, energy, retail, beverages, healthcare, e-commerce, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and more.
Writers should be able to show a variety of relevant work samples. Those who are able to demonstrate a track record in PR writing for general and niche audiences alike, with strong independent research chops, will be prioritized.
Rates are fixed on a per story basis.
